ACAM’s Annual Educational Conference, being held this year from April 12th – 14th at the Capitol Plaza Hotel, 415 W. McCarty St. in Jefferson City, MO.

Organizations such as hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, public and private agencies, small businesses of several sorts, and publishers help to provide up-to-date information to our counseling colleagues by taking part in ACAM’s educational events as exhibitors or advertisers.  Of course, exhibits at the conference and/or advertising in the conference program booklet are excellent ways to contact many counselors and mental health professionals about your goods and services.

Dates and Hours for the Exhibits will be Thursday through Saturday, April 12 – 13, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and April 14th from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm.

Each exhibitor will be furnished with one table and will be responsible for any other equipment necessary for the display.  Please inform us of any particular needs (eg, electrical outlet).

The Exhibit Fee is $110.00 per exhibit booth.

Nonprofit organizations are encouraged to email their application for a discounted rate.

Exhibitors will be responsible for providing any display equipment, other than one table. Please inform us if an electrical outlet or other special arrangements are required.  Also, those exhibiting and  attending agree that their voice and/or image may be used for marketing purposes by ACAM.
